Case-1

34 years old Morbidly Obese female known case of Diabetes Mellitus , Hypertension and Hypothyroidism with BMI of 46 came with complaint of not able to loose weight with conventional methods. She underwent Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy. After 6 months she had a loss of 45kg and drug requirement for Diabetes , Hypertension was reduced to minimum dosage.
